A space to slow down, reflect, and heal.
My approach combines practical, evidence-based tools with deep mind–body awareness. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic and mindfulness practices, and contemporary neuroscience, this work invites you to tune into the body’s wisdom, meet old patterns with gentleness, and cultivate more compassionate ways of relating to yourself.
I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and connected; not by pushing harder, but by softening and listening within. My approach is collaborative and holistic: we move at your pace, integrating insight, emotion, and embodied presence so that change feels authentic and sustainable.
I’m currently completing my PhD in Psychology with a focus on Somatic Psychology, and I’m deeply devoted to both professional growth and personal practice. Clients often describe working with me as grounding, clarifying, and life-affirming. If you’re ready to feel more at home in yourself, and to grow with steadiness and self-trust, please reach out.
🌿 Let’s begin the journey back to wholeness.
I offer in-person therapy at my Ketchum, Idaho office. Additionally, I can provide video telehealth counseling to clients located anywhere in Idaho, California, and South Carolina.
